Does anyone know if this is Dr Who based

I found this while cleaning out a house. It looks like an old Sonic Screwdriver but I can't place it so I wondered if anyone else as seen this.

That is not a sonic screwdriver. But with a little imagination you could use it as one.

This is a toy tire pressure gauge which more than likely came with a toy car mechanics set of some type.

Ah thank you so much because of what you said I know it came from a Fisher Price Petrol pump as I have other parts to it and when I looked it up I found that it was apart of that set....shame I thought I had found something special ha ha
